1) What we collect
We collect information you provide, and limited information created when you use Mopud.
- Account details: name, email, and login/authentication data.
- Purchase details: payment confirmation and plan information (we do not store full card details; those are handled by our payment processor).
- Workflow content: your answers and generated outputs (Steps 0–3) if you choose to save them in your account.
- Usage & security logs: basic device/browser info, IP address, and timestamps for fraud prevention and service reliability.
If you paste sensitive information into Mopud, it becomes part of what you submit. Share only what you’re comfortable storing.
2) How we use information
We use your information to run Mopud and keep it secure.
- Provide the service: generate outputs, save artifacts, and show your history.
- Operate and secure Mopud: prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and maintain reliability.
- Support: respond to questions or requests you submit.
- Product improvement: improve workflows and UX using aggregated, non-identifying usage signals.

3) AI processing
Mopud may use AI to generate outputs from your inputs. When you submit content for generation,
your text may be transmitted to an AI model provider to produce the result.
- Purpose-limited: we send only what’s necessary to generate the requested output.
- Output quality: AI can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for decisions made from outputs.
- Confidentiality: treat generated outputs as drafts and avoid sharing sensitive content unnecessarily.
If you require strict internal confidentiality rules, consider using Mopud with sanitized inputs
(remove names, customer identifiers, and commercial specifics).
4) When we share information
We share information only in limited cases.
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, and AI model providers (only as needed).
- Legal requirements: if required to comply with law or valid legal process.
- Safety and security: to prevent fraud, abuse, or protect Mopud and users.
- Business transfers: if Mopud is involved in a merger/acquisition, subject to this policy.
5) Data retention
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or operational requirements.
- Account content: retained while your account is active, unless you delete it.
- Security logs: retained for a limited period for fraud prevention and reliability.
- Backups: deletion may take time to propagate through backups.
6) Your choices and rights
Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete,
or restrict processing of your personal information.
- Access: request a copy of your data.
- Correction: fix inaccurate account information.
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated saved content.

No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
