1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Mopud, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) What Mopud provides

Mopud provides structured prompts, AI-generated outputs, and execution artifacts intended to support thinking and decision-making during transformation work.

Mopud does not provide consulting, legal, financial, or professional advice.

3) User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
  • You are responsible for decisions made using Mopud outputs.
  • You must not use Mopud for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • You must not share access credentials or misuse the service.

4) AI-generated outputs

Some Mopud outputs are generated using artificial intelligence. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased.

  • AI outputs are assistive drafts, not final answers.
  • You must apply professional judgment before acting.
  • Mopud is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

5) Intellectual property

Mopud, its workflows, and underlying systems are owned by Mopud. You retain ownership of your input content.

  • You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use Mopud.
  • You may use generated outputs internally within your organization.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or publish Mopud workflows.

6) Payments and access

Fees are charged as described at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

  • Access may be time-limited or scope-limited.
  • Unauthorized sharing may result in termination.

7) Availability and changes

Mopud may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without notice.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mopud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9) Termination

Mopud may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

10) Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Mopud operates.
